Why Your Experience With Dr. Ravi Is Unlike Any Other Type Of Lymph Massage Available

There Are Really Only 4 Main Types Of Lymphatic Therapy Available:

1- The most common is MLD or The Vodder Technique
Where the Provider isn't really doing any strokes, they are mostly just holding certain points between the collar bones and the hips while you as the Client stay face up the entire session. They are mostly just working with 1 out of the 4 layers of the lymphatic system and so the results are extremely limited and the most common feedback from Clients who get this type of massage is "It was relaxing, I don't really know if it did anything, and I don't feel like I got a massage."

2- Brazilian Lymphatic Techniques
Are geared towards body contouring, but is really only targeting the stomach, hips, top of the thigh, and sometimes briefly the face. This is usually an abrasive and uncomfortable session to receive, and Clients often say they "Feel beat up" afterwards because the Provider is aggressively using wooden tools. The results are limited because this is an uncomfortable session to receive, and it doesn't address all four layers of the lymphatic system or the entire body.

3- Some machines claim to offer lymphatic massage results
However, most of these devices are barely achieving any type of real or lasting result and the sessions are often expensive.

4- Lymphedema Techniques
Include wrapping of swollen limbs and are only provided by trained Lymphedema Therapists for diagnosed lymphedema patients. These techniques are still only addressing
